6 Reasons to use a Dance Videographer

A dance videographer along with being a family and wedding videographer can have its benefits in terms of understanding movement and being able to guide. These are the thoughts of six advantages of having a professional dance videography!

1. I’m accustomed to giving direction and getting directions.

Did you have any idea that in the theater when you receive notes or an “call” to set the time and you have to repeat the words they used (if it’s a short) with an additional “thank to you”? It’s not exactly normal even if you’ve never experienced it, but it’s necessary to ensure that you’ve got the message and were able to comprehend what was requested of you. You don’t have to be doing that, but hey! But, I’ll provide specific instructions on which direction to take, where to put your hands, and everything else. Of course, we all get it wrong often However, I prefer to think I’m skilled in directing using rights ups, lefts downs and so on. !

2. I know the limits of my body.

I am aware of how different pains feeland also the location of movement within the body. For instance, suppose that your lower back is hurting. I’ll know which poses are an alternative. I know what looks nice on camera and what isn’t!

3. All is revealed in finer details.

As a dancer and videographer, foot and hand positioning has always been an important aspect you’ve had to concentrate on. It’s all about the subtle movements, all of these subtle changes.

Particularly for my dance videography buddies ….

4. I’m familiar with the terms.

It’s fairly plain and easy. I’m familiar with the shapes and jumps, the leaps, and arm positions. We can communicate in the language of dance and stay on the same track!

5. I can demonstrate.

And, if for any reason my brain isn’t working I’ll show you what I’m talking about! I’m not sure if I’ve been able to get through a class dancing videography, or dance with out being able to dance in any way. It’s a normal regular part of life. If ya know, ya know.

6. I admire the hard work you have put into your craft. I will inspire you to keep going!

The most important thing is that I appreciate the years of hard work and the constant attention you invest into your art. I am aware of the endless, COUNTLESS hours staring at ourselves in the mirror , and breaking down each dance into tiny pieces to examine. I am sure that when you love dancing it is impossible to be without it. If you are dancing professionally, taking classes or in your home your mirror. Movement is part of us. It’s just as natural as eating and sleeping.
